Chocolate and coffee lollypops

Who says lollypops are for kids? Revive your inner child with this sensual chocolate gourmet lollypop and its aromatic coffee kick.


Pour the boiling cream on the chocolate (cut in pieces), and whisk delicately, to melt the chocolate.

Add the butter and the coffee at the same time.

Make balls as big as a spoon, and add the sticks.

Melt the white chocolate and put the chocolate tips in a little bowl.

Roll the lollypop in the white chocolate and in the chocolate chip bowl.

Let it cool down in the fridge during 3hrs.

Prepare the Arpeggio in espresso  (40 ml / 1.5 oz)

Serve it with the lollypop!
