Healthy Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

1 lb of chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1/2 cup sliced grapes

1/2 cup chopped apples

1/3 cup chopped red onions

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup of greek yogurt

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 Tablespoon garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Head of Romaine Lettuce

1 Tablespoon

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients, except the romaine lettuce, together in a large mixing bowl until well combined

Spoon chicken salad on romaine lettuce to make chicken salad boats. You can also use pita bread, bread, etc… and make sandwiches!
