Istrian fuži (or other pasta) with truffles

For 4 persons.

– 500 g  of fuži (or other pasta)

– 120 g of butter

– 80 g  of preserved truffles

– 200 ml cooking cream

– Parmesan cheese


PREPARATION:  Boil Istrian fuži (or other pasta) in salted water for 12-15 minutes. Braise grated truffles, add cooking cream, Parmesan and a pinch of salt and cook briefly everything together. Pour the sauce over the cooked fuži (or other pasta) and mix up a bit. Sprinkle with Parmesan and finely chopped truffles.
