It’s no brain teaser, simply:

  1. Place 2 tbsp STIR in a bowl, add 5 tbsp hot water and stir.
  2. Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Stir until you have a smooth pesto.
  4. Spread onto freshly baked bread or use to dip, dunk, drizzle or marinade.

You can vary the consistency to suit your requirements by adding more or less hot water and extra virgin olive oil.
